3.Loss/Damage
After the goods have been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage only passes to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier. However, if the consumer himself has concluded the transport contract, the risk is transferred when the goods are handed over to the carrier. Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer acquires ownership of the goods at the same time as the risk is transferred.
4.Return shipping
The goods must be unworn, unwashed and with all labels/hangtags. If returned items are dirty (makeup, deodorant residue, etc.) or damaged, we will not refund you the entire purchase amount. When trying on, please be careful not to leave any stains on the products. Return shipping is at your own expense. Reduced goods cannot be returned. By reducing returns, we can all do our part to protect the environment. The return must take place within 14 days.
If there are costs for return shipping due to the package not being picked up at the packing station or by providing the wrong delivery address, we cannot refund the full amount upon return. Here the costs incurred are deducted from the purchase amount.
