The printing inks are water-based, non-toxic and are also used specifically for products for babies that are tested and certified according to ÖkoTex 100 Class I (for babies).

The printing ink is scratch-resistant and also chlorine and salt water resistant. 

The paint residues that end up in the wastewater when the screens are washed are filtered out and disposed of by a specialist company.
